HELP US SEND LOVE TO HAE TEACHERS AND STAFF!

VIDEO AND PHOTO SUBMISSIONS DUE SUNDAY APRIL 26
Please help us celebrate HAE and take a photo of you and/or your child with a fun sign (or make a 10-15 second video) expressing your love and appreciation for the teachers and staff. Text these photos and video entries to Angie Cosper at 904-962-4352. Deadline extended to this Sunday. Please let me know if you have questions or need help. (See below for a few tips for photos and video.) Thank you for your help!

MONETARY DONATIONS DUE FRIDAY MAY 1
Also, we are still collecting monetary donations for teachers and staff through Friday, May 1st and will distribute the funds evenly to all of the fantastic teachers and staff that make HAE such a great place! If you’d like to and are able to contribute to the collection, you can make a donation through two ways: (1) via Venmo at the address: @Michele-OMalley-2 or (2) via cash or check in an eveloped marked HAE delivered to Amy Frank’s home at 3362 San Jose Boulevard, Jacksonville, 32207. Gift cards and lunches will be provided to HAE teachers and staff during the week of May 4.

Here are a few tips for the videos and photos!
• Photos – your poster or sign should just have a few words and take your photo up close, just showing the sign and you! Take your photograph up close – waist or shoulders and above of the person or people in your photo.
• Video – 1) 10-15 second message only please. Longer videos cannot be used. 2) Do not zoom your camera, just move closer to the person talking and shoot the waist/shoulders and up only and from a straight on angle. This will help the phone microphone be closer to the person talking. 3) Make sure there is no background noise and you are in a quiet place. 4) Do not stand in front of a bright light or window. Facing a window or light so the light is on your face is much better. 5) Wait a few second before you start to talk and leave a little blank video at the end after you speak your message. This helps with editing.
6) Watch your video before you send to be sure the sound and image are good.

Hope these tips help. Thank you for your help!
